小魯今年已經工作2.5年了，學歷是光華商場科大商管所資管組畢在兩年前，找了各種產業的工作，不管是近期最夯的資料探勘的職位或是RD或IT之類的，後來可能能力不足及薪資考量，到了系統廠當QA 做Android device的案子工作後，自己期許不能當個只會照test step測東西的QA 跟著幾個同事寫程式與做自動化測試，寫App. , UI testing, script 有時候會跟RD討教怎麼看log或是一些寫程式的小技巧目標是兩年後可以轉RD，轉偏framework/app layer的但是近期投履歷大多都沒有回應，少數的無聲及感謝函今年已經28,9歲了，不知道還有沒有機會能轉成功，因為QA覺得取代性太大了怕是這個年紀，很多公司覺得可塑性太低了，人家寧可選一個大學剛畢業的希望前輩們可以給我建議，讓小弟我可以有個方向萬分感到 Q_Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.228.129.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1415544921.A.D55.html
