敘軍桶炸彈攻IS 民眾21死100傷

人權觀察組織說，敘利亞政府軍昨天晚間以桶裝炸彈（barrel bomb）攻擊伊斯蘭國（IS）控制的東北部城市，已造成21名民眾死亡，100人因此受傷。

敘利亞人權觀察組織說，由IS控制的阿勒頗省（Aleppo）的巴卜（Al-Bab），昨天晚間遭敘利亞戰機投下的投下七個桶裝炸彈以及其他種類炸彈，已造成21平民死亡，另100民眾受傷。敘利亞政府軍的空襲持續鎖定巴卜。

敘利亞政府軍一再被指出使用桶裝炸彈，而人權團體也早就譴責桶裝炸彈的無差別攻擊，會奪走許多平民的生命。

桶裝炸彈通常是空油桶、瓦斯罐或者水桶，再裝填炸藥或廢棄金屬。
