東京住哪個區好

沒去過東京，我想去shopping和淺草一帶活動（不知道12月中還有紅葉嗎？），只stay 4天。因爲我想住單人房間（不介意share washroom），所以不知道以下哪個區比較好，都說很近火車站：

龜戶
Hotel MyStays Kameido（龜戶MyStays酒店）
巢鴨
Flexstay Inn Sugamo（巢鴨尚印旅店）
蒲田
Grand Park Hotel Panex Tokyo（東京帕內克斯富百樂酒店）
大井町
Tokyo Banyan Hotel（東京悅榕莊酒店）

另外如果坐火車出入車費貴嗎？
