獄政官員涉收賄案，涉嫌行賄的受刑人王令麟祕書胡曉菁等人不服遭押，提起抗告。台灣高等法院今天裁定抗告駁回。

原台北監獄副典獄長蘇清俊被控任職北監期間，涉嫌收賄放水讓受刑人王令麟等人獲得特別會面及違規帶違禁品入囚舍，蘇男另將部分受刑人案件轉介給同學、原台中監獄副典獄長趙崇智。

檢調發動偵查行動後，檢方將蘇清俊、趙崇智、原台北監獄人員周秉榮、張文發及王令麟祕書胡曉菁、涉行賄的池泳霖等6人聲押禁見；台北地院裁准。

趙崇智、周秉榮、胡曉菁及池泳霖等4人不服遭收押，提起抗告，台灣高等法院21日深夜將全案發回台北地院更裁，北院23日清晨裁定4人續押。

胡曉菁及池泳霖不服遭押，提起抗告，台灣高等法院審理後，今天裁定抗告駁回；趙崇智、周秉榮也有提抗告，高院昨天已裁定抗告駁回。(中央社)
