在「MAMA音樂頒獎禮」記者會上，男團防彈少年團、Block B和鄭基高等歌手亮相，其中三缺一的女團Girl`s Day穿上高衩旗袍十分搶鏡。

而新人男團WINNER首度赴港出席盛事，成員姜勝允表示既興奮又榮幸，至於第三次訪港的IU，以白色迷你裙姿態大賣清純魅力。

壓軸現身的是人氣男團EXO，對於去年獲年度專輯獎，隊長SUHO表示今年在工作上不會懈怠，明年也會更努力，希望能夠再創高峰。當記者問到最想向粉絲說什麼？成員LAY搞笑地以廣東話說：「大家要不要當我的BABY？」讓身旁的其他成員們忍不住笑出來。
