HI 各位大大因為12/5發薪才發現自己11月竟然被記曠職公司打卡是使用逼逼卡去刷上下班然後每個禮拜一會發出考勤異常因為每天都會刷卡所以就沒特別去關注考勤異常導致我11/25上班卡不知道為何沒打到就變成曠職然後12/5結薪後才發現自己曠職事後問人事是否可以補救因為星期一看到公司發出這封信 "依考勤管理辦法第4.4.7.3未於規定時效內完成未(忘)刷卡申請，經主管核定後，特給予一次出勤更正，並記申誡乙次以示告誡。想說如果可以記申誡不要有曠職也好就又問了人事人事: 已完成結薪作業且系統已關帳, 故無法以結薪週期補救方式處理。想問這種情況是否只能乖乖地讓公司被記曠職扣錢?? 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.146.85.104 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1418086999.A.4B4.html
