標題[請益] 一般研替的offer(瑞昱)

版上各位神人，大家好!! 小弟想請教一般研替的offer 是會先簽一張意願，之後等明年1月中上網登錄研替之後公司才會跟你簽正式offer嗎? 不太確定每家公司的制度為何?(可能內部部門又不一樣?) 因為爬版上的文好像也有拿了正式紙本offer，然後被公司放鳥的情況，這讓小弟實在很不安啊... 小弟之前是去面瑞昱，只面一次，之後隔兩天HR打電話來，說主管覺得我還不錯，直接問我的意願，要我直接當天回覆然後就跑來學校找我簽意願書了。不過是不是簽到紙本offer才比較穩啊!? 因為有問其他朋友，瑞昱似乎是會簽2個，也就是意願以及正式offer。當然也有人說瑞昱紙本offer會比較久，不過已經過了3個禮拜了.. 感覺有點怪怪的啊... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.161.71.106 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1418306325.A.A22.html
