主機搭配選擇

這是我上網看到零件想搭配在一起
不知道合不合適想請懂電腦的人幫我看一下

我不需要玩遊戲沒關係但我希望看影片時順暢不當機畫質音質清晰
上網也不會等太久

主機板: ASUS X99-PRO
CPU: Intel第四代 Core i5-4590 四核心處理器
硬碟: Seagate Barracuda 3.5吋 1TB 7200轉
電源供應器: GX 400W
記憶體: 創建 4GD3
顯示卡: ASUS GTX750-PHOC-2GD5
作業系統:WIN7 32位元家用進階

只要跟電腦店的人說了我的需求就能馬上開始組裝嗎?(第一次有自己的需求)
他會不會問我很多問題

想請教一下電腦快與慢跟核心數有關係嗎?
還是說使用雙核但是其他硬體搭配得好的話也可以讓電腦順暢的運作?
CPU使用4核的話記憶體4G這樣可以嗎?
電源供應器的瓦數 400W夠用嗎?
