簡單就說爺爺的哥哥就好了
這不會太複雜啊

爺爺的年紀大的哥哥的太太
大伯母(台語會說吧)、婆(台語會說吧)
加起來念(ㄉㄨㄚˇ 念3聲 )(「恩」字嘴閉起來發出聲音)(ㄅㄜˊ念2聲)
※因我只知道台語稱呼，不知道國語的稱呼，所以才給你台語的念
法。

爺爺的年紀較小的哥哥的太太
叫小嬸婆
