矯正署今天核准前總統陳水扁保外就醫案，前副總統呂秀蓮探視後表示，陳水扁心情平靜，她也呼籲支持者勿衍生額外事故。

矯正署今天審理陳水扁保外就醫案，核准讓服刑中的陳水扁保外就醫，入監超過6年的陳水扁將返家。

呂秀蓮上午10時前往台中監獄探視陳水扁，她在探視後表示，陳水扁心情相較於元旦假期前平靜，且親眼見到獄方幫扁打包行李。

陳水扁從民國97年11月遭收押至今，他因涉及龍潭購地收賄等案遭判刑定讞，合併應執行刑20年，目前在台中監獄服刑。他在去年的世界人權日再度委託律師申請保外就醫，醫療鑑定小組建議讓他保外就醫。1030105
