坦承幫買票 3人起訴

花蓮縣朱姓、張姓與鍾姓3人涉嫌為某鄉鎮長候選人買票，當事人選上了，但3人均坦承賄選，強調是自己主動發放現金，與這名當選人無關。檢察官偵查終結，對3人提起公訴；當選人表示，不了解實際情形，無法評論。
