Uber撤銷登記爭議　柯文哲：中央不處理，市府來處理

對於經濟部指出，交通部要求台灣Uber停業的處分公文轉交台北市政府，由北市府決定是否撤銷Uber在台公司登記。對此，台北市長柯文哲今（13）日表示，「如果把皮球踢給我，那我們就來決定怎麼做」，如果中央不處理，市府就會來處理。

柯文哲上午出席市政會議後記者會，接受媒體訪問時，作上述表示。

至於台北市產發局長林崇傑則表示，撤銷Uber商業登記的權限確實在台北市，但是前提是Uber必須被公路總局認定為是「強制歇業」，可是目前Uber僅被處以「停業」處分，北市府依法不能進行撤銷商業登記的動作。

林崇傑說，北市府在上周五便行文經濟部要求解釋，至今也未獲得回應，他批評，經濟部這樣的作法，「根本在模糊焦點」。
