盤中焦點股／砷化鎵再過好年穩懋點火

砷化鎵代工廠穩懋(3105)去年營收雖較2013年下滑，不過受益於3G/4G基礎建設比重提升，以及製程、產品組合的優化與改善，全年獲利將優於2013年。今年隨著中國大陸4G換機潮加溫，以及物聯網等新應用浮現，砷化鎵族群展望持續樂觀。穩懋上周一度攻佔35.3元的波段高點，今日股價再點火，盤中一度站上34.2元、漲幅達4.59%。

展望今年，穩懋仍最看好3G/4G基礎建設的動能。法人估，穩懋今年3G/4G基礎建設營收可望再成長3成。穩懋透露，今年林口廠將持續擴產，資本支出可望高於去年的5~10億元水準。
