雖然得到新工作很開心不過現在卻很苦惱提離職的時間我的新公司昨日給我offer 希望我 3/2報到（他們希望越快越好）但我的舊公司 2/17才發年終我自己很想拿到年終再離開可是拿到年終再走勢必變成24號過完年提這樣時間上來不及（我待8個月需10天前預告）且會跟公司撕破臉但換成17號拿到年終再提也是會跟公司撕破臉吧小主管應該無法好好過年且如果當天公司發狠要我當天走因為他們一定不想給我過年那幾天的薪水 17號提他們否可收回年終嗎總之有點難解再麻煩大家幫忙看有無更好的方法 ps 我爸媽建議我跟小主管先說，也表明自己須要這筆年終，然後就讓小主管自己決定要怎麼做，不給就認了，但他們有補充他們比較理想化。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.70.102.46 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1423008810.A.62F.html
