（中央社記者張謙香港7日電）香港一名法官昨天在審理多宗走私奶粉案時，直言「自己國家（中國大陸）生產的東西，自己都不敢吃」，是「國恥」和「悲哀」。

綜合香港媒體今天報導，粉嶺法院昨天審理23宗違規攜帶超量奶粉到大陸的案件，被告分別被判入獄或罰款。

據報導，主審裁判官吳蕙芳判刑時表示，走私奶粉問題源於「自己國家生產的野（東西），自己都唔（不）敢食」，「係國恥，亦係悲哀」。

2008年大陸爆發奶粉含有三聚氰胺後，不少大陸民眾不敢購買陸製奶粉，改買香港進口奶粉，導致香港進口奶粉短缺，於是港府2013年起限制奶粉攜帶過境量。

三聚氰胺事件爆發後，大陸和香港都對陸製奶粉失去信心，但法官在庭上表達上述看法確是少有，因此，吳蕙芳的評論今天成為焦點新聞之一。1040207
