李全教團隊擬多備證據提抗告

台南市議長李全教遭收押，律師團原本今天下午要提起抗告，經內部協調後，決定再彙整各多有利事證，明天提起抗告。

李全教服務處指出，李全教服務團隊及律師團原擬於今天下班前具狀，到台南高分院檢附相關卷證資料，依法提起抗告，駁斥台南地方法院以逃亡、串供之虞而收押的指控。

李全教服務處指出，因相關資料有如大數據庫，且流落四散在李全教的各個服務處、公司或住家，經辦人員也有替換，一時半刻要彙整所有利於李全教的事證資料，有一定難度。

李全教服務處指出，幾經內部討論折衝協調後，決定在明天備齊所有資料後，再向台南高分院提起抗告。
