民進黨前發言人徐佳青爆料前總統陳水扁曾向建商收受幾十億，風波持續延燒。市議員李建昌今在臉書力挺徐佳青，強調一個非刻意的發言誤失事件，有時可讓人看到誰和我們同一戰線，佳青應道歉，該道歉，也道歉了。

李建昌表示，觀全文演說的價值是對的，並隔空對徐佳青「加油」，強調「台灣正需要妳這戰將」。
