Civic 9瑕疵能換車或修到好嗎

我的C9 2.0牽了近一年
發現很多組裝瑕疵

駕駛座車窗上方車縫不公整

駕駛座原廠腳踏墊的洞與車內的固定鈕扣不對稱
顯然兩個固定鈕扣間距有誤造成原廠腳踏墊不平整

中控台有兩組USB 但牽車出廠時業代說只有一組能使用
不是故障當下不疑有他現在越想越覺得這否為車子瑕疵
請問其他車主這正常嗎

不知其他C9是否也有很多組裝瑕疵
我能要求新車或修到好嗎
