高雄市議員劉馨正涉收賄遭收押

前新竹瓦斯總經理、現任高雄市議員劉馨正，在新竹瓦斯任職期間，利用職務之便，涉嫌收受承包商賄賂，金額高達近300萬元，新竹地檢署檢察官鄒茂瑜昨指揮竹縣調站，分別將劉馨正等11人帶回偵辦。

檢察官認為劉馨正所犯為重罪，有串供之虞，向院方聲請羈押，法官裁定羈押禁見。其餘4人分別20萬、5萬交保，1人現制住居，其他人則請回。
