埃、衣、蘇3國簽署共用尼羅河協議

美聯社報導，埃及、衣索比亞、蘇丹23日在蘇丹喀土木就共用尼羅河水簽署初步協議，而衣索比亞仍將興建新的大水壩，緩和衣國缺電之苦。

衣國水壩原可能是3國協議的阻礙，興建後，埃及的尼羅河河水將減少，且根據殖民時代的一項協議，尼羅河下游使用權僅限埃及與蘇丹擁有。

但3國23日對共用尼羅河協議表示歡迎。簽署前，3國觀賞水壩興建影片，片中強調水壩讓整個地區均受惠。
