海巡艦救起菲漁民 菲媒報導

（中央社記者林行健馬尼拉22日專電）菲律賓主流媒體今天刊登中華民國海岸巡防署在海上救回3名菲律賓漁民的消息，台商與僑胞盼這則消息可對菲台化解海事爭議帶來正面作用。

菲律賓3大全國性英文報之一的「菲律賓星報」，今天引據中華民國駐菲律賓代表處提供的新聞稿，在內頁刊登菲籍漁民在台灣海域獲救的消息。

報導指出，這3名菲國漁民於7月15日在台灣外海獲救，他們在距台灣高雄港約80海里處被發現。

這篇題為「菲國3漁民在台灣外海獲救」的報導說，他們因颱風侵襲而在海上漂流了5天，另1艘菲籍漁船在強風巨浪下失蹤。

報導說，3名獲救菲籍漁民的狀況良好，現已由台灣海岸巡防署監護。

菲律賓海岸防衛隊發言人巴里羅（Armand Balilo）表示，菲國海防隊昨天已接獲中華民國駐菲代表處的通知，目前正等候進一步訊息。

艾奎諾三世政府的1名華裔特任官認為，台方救援菲律賓漂流漁民的舉措，將對化解台菲漁務糾紛有助益；多名旅菲台商也說，台灣以德報怨，希望菲方在廣大興事件上也能作出善意回應。1020722
