民進黨立法院黨團1日傍晚發動突襲，40位立委衝進議場，全體夜宿立法院。台聯立委許忠信接到民進黨夜宿訊息，原本人在台南，立刻收拾行李趕回台北，在晚間7時45分加入夜宿行列。
許忠信表示，台聯反對核四公投，因此他也加入夜宿行列，一定要守住議場，不讓核四公投過關。
民進黨立委陳歐珀表示，有訊息傳出來，國民黨團可能在2日凌晨4時攻堅，因此民進黨團一定要守住。
據了解，民進黨不排除夜宿到下周二院會結束，即使周六、周日也會守在議場，避免國民黨有機可趁，強行通過核四公投案。
