電子書價 美司法部欲管控蘋果

（法新社紐約2日電） 科技巨擘蘋果公司（Apple Inc.）輸掉一場定價訴訟後，美國司法部今天提案，要更嚴格管控蘋果公司的iTunes店面。

司法部官員要求法院，下令蘋果公司結束與在電子書定價案中被判有罪的幾家出版商的協議。

法院的指令還要求蘋果公司「跟電子書、音樂、電影、電視節目等內容供應商簽署協議」，禁止抬高價格。

蘋果今天發布辯護狀，抨擊司法部的提案。

蘋果公司的律師在辯護狀中說：「原告所提的禁止令嚴格與懲罰性地介入了蘋果公司的業務，遠超過對所裁決不當行為或潛在損失的比例。」

從事資訊科技調查諮詢的顧能公司（Gartner Inc.）分析師貝克（Van Baker）說，司法部的提案實質上要蘋果「退出電子書生意」。

他說：「這基本上是侵入蘋果業務的一部分，我很驚訝。對此議題的這種解決方案，在我看來很笨拙。」
