中央氣象局今（20）日已發布輕颱潭美海上颱風警報，台北市政府下午表示，為了因應颱風來襲，台北市疏散門隨時可能關閉，請民眾不要再將車輛駛入河川區停放，並注意疏散門關閉訊息，做好移車準備。
市府表示，疏散門屆時可能啟動「只出不進」之管制措施，請民眾不要再將車輛駛入河川區停放，並注意疏散門關閉訊息，做好移車準備。
此外，颱風期間若瞬間陣風達一定程度，捷運系統、貓空纜車也會暫停營運，另外北投會館、捷運商品館、台北車站捷運遺失物中心及小巨蛋冰上樂園也將配合暫停營業，至於小巨蛋主場館演出活動是否暫停，將由承租主辦單位決定後公布。
