國民黨抗告 全案今移高院

中廣新聞網 – 

台北地院裁准王金平提出的假處分案，國民黨律師團昨天傍晚五點半到北院遞狀抗告，隨後地院會通知王金平閱卷，再將全案移交台灣高等法院。

王金平的律師許英傑也在今天上午九點多到地院拿抗告狀，地院隨後會將全案卷宗送到高等法院。

因本案受到全國矚目，據了解，高院收案後將會以最快速度處理，不排除開庭。
