請教無線電達人:
本人想考第三等業餘無線電人員資格測試,但從NCC提供的题庫中的問題及答案,都看不太董,因為本人非本科系的,而覺只死背題庫去考試,不容易背得起來,而且不了解來龍去脈,不夠充實,請問有無線電達人,可告知有否參考書或可從網路下載有關第三等業餘無線電詳細原理及基本知識,不然就算死背考過也不知所云,感謝幫忙!
