通保法修正 檢警調反彈

通保法和監察法修正案經立法院三讀通過，高雄檢警調「有話要說」，今下午聯合召開記者會，指修正後，將造成「小案辦不了、疑案沒法辦、大案很難辦」的窘境，禁止檢警調調閱嫌犯通聯記錄，這樣的限制和禁止規定對一線執法的檢警調人員產生嚴重衝擊，造成辦案困難。

檢警指出，包括緝毒和綁架等刑案，很多時候檢警都會透過通聯紀錄，比對基地台位置，找到發話地點，修法後無法調閱通聯，對第一線辦案人員來說是一大考驗。
