學校強制吃素　小學生怨「吃不飽啦！」

台北市公館國小自辦營養午餐，自上學期起，校方竟強制要求學生吃素及飯前吃水果，每2周就有1頓營養午餐僅提供素菜，不供肉類，另每天上午第2節下課發送水果；有學生向校方抗議吃素吃不飽，校長指吃素是教育局政策。但教育局表示，未硬性規定學生吃素。

北市公館國小有學生家長向校方抱怨，校長要求吃素只提供幾樣青菜及馬鈴薯，根本吃不飽，飯前吃水果更莫名其妙。

公館國小校長李鍾慧堅稱，教育局政策規定每1個月須提供1次素菜，基於健康理由改採每2周提供1次素菜；飯前吃水果是因許多學生飯後不吃水果、把水果丟掉，避免浪費改飯前吃。

北市教育局說，基於節能減碳，北市府政策推廣每周一是「蔬食日」，鼓勵吃無肉便當，但未硬性規定；尊重公館國小校方午餐委員會與家長會討論結果，若家長有個別意見，會請校方多溝通。（林媛玲／台北報導）
