【更新】驚！台鐵電車疑淹水　旅客恐慌

有民眾投訴，早上有台鐵列車故障、車門無法打開，且電車內部淹水，造成許多乘客恐慌，列車長也無法處理，只能緩慢滑行至南港車站。
 
台鐵回應，早上9時28分、從基隆開往苗栗的1151次列車在汐止－南港間因車輛供電變壓器跳電故障，第2車男廁所供水器瞬間異常漏水、水洩在軌道上，車廂照明與空調也斷電，旅客才誤會南港站淹水了。經於南港站緊急處理無效後，台鐵已將車上旅客疏散至車站，由後續的4123及1157次列車接駁，旅客行程因此延誤20分鐘，故障列車則在9時40分由南港直接迴送至新竹檢修。

台鐵表示，因列車斷電無法全列車播音，列車長逐一至車廂告知旅客轉乘資訊，故障列車也從南港迴送至新竹機務段後，將會詳查車輛供電變壓器跳電原因。這起事故造成旅客時間延誤，台鐵表達歉意。（陳如嬌／台北報導）
