蔣偉寧：學運已失序 籲回校上課

>佔領立院的學生試圖串連各大學聯合罷課，剛剛教育部長蔣偉寧首度回應，認為學運至今已經「嚴重失序」，背離學生熱情參與的初衷，呼籲學生冷靜思考，盡速回到學習正軌。>>

同時強調，部分學生鼓動罷課，不僅影響校園秩序與其他學生的學習權，也非在校就學的本意，呼籲停止類似行為，以免違反校規。此外，蔣偉寧也說，教育應本持中立原則，保障學生受教權，不能因部分學生參與校外活動片面停課，剝奪其他學生上課權益，而且大學系所主管均受公務員服務法規範，必須嚴守中立，如果侵害學生權益，必須依法負起行政責任。
