核三明起全面停機10天　30年首見

台電核三廠明天起一號機組將停止發電，進行約十天的設備防震強化工程，加上二號機組早已停機大修，這是恆春半島近三十年來，首次出現全面停止發電的罕見情況。
 
今天出版的《自由時報》報導，日本福島核災後，原能會要求核電廠全面提升耐震，核三廠原計畫明、後年分兩階段強化兩座機組周邊設施耐震，決定提早強化。正值年度大修中的二號機組，配合耐震工程，延後至六月底完工，一號機組則從明天起停機進行細部強化，反核人士譏諷說：「恆春首度『廢核』十天，如果不影響整體經濟，也不必重新啟動了。」（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
