「冬瓜」竟成武器！台北雙和市場一名菜販，被控疑因不滿攤位一年遭警方取締超過50次，而在今（20）日上午警方登門取締時，從店內般來一顆長約75公分的大冬瓜，冷不防假裝手軟，讓大冬瓜直接砸在取締員警腳上，讓員警當場跌坐在地。

而另一名陪同執行取締任務的員警，見狀立即衝入店內逮捕涉案菜販，上銬後依妨害公務究辦；不過被捕菜販不服表示，自己在店內警方憑什麼逮人。

對於全案警方表示，依據《道路交通處罰條例》第82條規定，道路未經許可不得設置攤位，而涉案菜販卻多次違規，這次更變本加厲以冬瓜攻擊員警，事後又毫無悔意；因此，才對涉案菜販提出妨害公務告訴。
