NCC準委員基層做起　遭諷「當石世豪細漢」

立法院交通委員會今天進行國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）3名新任委員被提名人審查，被提名委員、現任NCC主秘翁柏宗從基層一路走來，對NCC業務熟稔，不過立委魏明谷詢問，翁柏宗目前是事務官的領頭，一旦成為NCC委員，變成主委石世豪的細漢（台語，指小弟），為何要當NCC委員。
 
翁表示，有理念想實踐。不過魏明谷說「石世豪很強勢，你的意見他不會（不可能）接納」。魏明谷說，翁柏宗來自基層，從事務官升到委員的位置，最有實務經驗，期盼他勇於表現。石世豪則強調，NCC每個委員都是平等的。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
