中油化學船洩汙 逾200人送醫

昨天下午3點多，高雄前鎮中油儲運所的儲存槽輸送「精緻樹脂液」到62號碼頭香港籍的化學品船「冬女神號」，輸送過程中，疑似船艙輸送管線破裂，造成樹脂液外漏。高雄港消防隊與中油獲報緊急以攔油索、吸油棉攔截，晚間獲得控制，外漏的樹脂液量約1.6公噸。

外漏漂浮在海面的樹脂液沒有毒性。不過，旗津地區有200餘人因頭暈、噁心、想吐而就醫，其中有4人有呼吸急促症狀，經治療後有半數返家，半數在院觀察。高市海洋局依海洋法對中油開罰100萬元。
