受金管會可望射出政策利多第4箭的激勵，台股上週五大漲131.09點，隨後美股在公布經濟數據帶動下，也大漲208點；政策仍是本週影響台股重要因素。

金融監督管理委員會本週有機會射出政策利多第4箭，加上國安基金將召開例行會議，帶動台股上週五大漲131.09點，收在9106.28點，一口氣突破9000點、9100點兩道整數關卡，外資終止連17個交易日賣超。

政策利多推出後，外資是否回補，備受市場關注。

美國公布9月失業率5.9%，降至6年來低點，非農業就業人數超過預期，帶動美股道瓊工業指數大漲208.64點。

除了市場對股市政策利多期待，鎖定住宅政策的巢運夜宿活動後，營建股後續表現也值得留意。(中央社)
