就是想入俄 烏東改用莫斯科時

烏克蘭東部兩個由親俄民兵組成的共和國頓內茨和盧甘斯克，將於明天放棄跟隨烏克蘭基輔轉換冬令時，改採用莫斯科時間。

頓內茨人民共和國(Donetsk People's Republic)和盧甘斯克人民共和國(Lugansk People's Republic)的領導人日前先後發表聲明，表示烏東26日將不隨基輔由夏令時(UTC+3)轉換為冬令時(UTC+2)，也就是仍繼續使用UTC+3時區，而隨著莫斯科在26日凌晨將時間調慢一個小時(UTC+4變為UTC+3)。

俄羅斯新聞社(RIA Novosti)表示，目前任何能證明本身政治獨立性的手段，對於烏東領導人來說都相當重要，能自主決定轉換時區便是象徵獨立的重要方式之一。

根據烏克蘭現行法規，烏克蘭需進行冬夏令時的轉換。每年10月最後一個禮拜日早上4時，將時間撥慢一個小時，轉成冬令時間。
