住宅貸款餘額年增率終止連7升

中央銀行今天公布9月購置住宅貸款餘額新台幣5兆8070.74億元，較去年同期增加4.7%，終止年增率連續7個月攀升局面，反映政策壓抑房價已見效果。

央行資料顯示，1月購置住宅貸款餘額5兆6686.53億元，年增率約4.18%。2月餘額5兆6649.85億元，年增率約4.34%。3月餘額5兆6788.45億元，年增率4.56%。4月餘額5兆7009.61億元，年增率4.72%。

5月購置住宅貸款餘額5兆7253.98億元，年增率4.77%。6月餘額5兆7506.55億元，年增4.86%。7月餘額5兆7782.42億元，年增率4.92%。8月餘額5兆7925.56億元，年增率4.95%。9月餘額5兆8070.74億元，年增率約4.70%。

資料顯示，自2月至8月購置住宅貸款年增率逐月成長，但9月年增率較8月下降。

央行認為，推出房地合一課稅政策，讓市場出現觀望氣氛，是影響房市重要因素。

央行統計，除購置住宅貸款餘額5兆8070.74億元；反映建商本身貸款狀況的建築貸款餘額達1兆6018.49億元。(中央社)
