"得麥膚"的全效舒緩潔膚露要怎麼用？

最近因為全身發癢，到藥局去藥師推薦我用一款"得麥膚"全效舒緩潔膚露，說可以改善我的換季乾癢。
但是我這幾天用下來，發現這個擠出來跟一般的沐浴乳不太一樣...
他有點透明狀，裡面還有燕麥顆粒，可是不管我怎麼洗他就是不起泡！？
洗的感覺有點油油的...不過洗完是真的很滋潤啦，但是有點覺得沒洗乾淨的感覺。

看了一下包裝的英文名字，上面寫bath oil。所以說這樣的觸感是正常的嗎？

想請問有沒有人用過？是不是我的使用方法不對呢？
