我在上海工作一年半了，最近想搬出公司宿舍
看了一間房子很優，想找室友一起租
近五角場（國順路/黃興路）
三房一廳格局，房型方正，
除了廁所外，每間都有窗，
住戶多為理工大學教職人員，
出入單純。停車費100/月
現有兩間房出租
因為朋友不租了所以找室友
一間約7坪，租3500/月
一間約3坪，租2000/月
（含水、電、瓦斯及網路）
地理位置方便，門口公交車站
樓下就有小七
大潤發5-10分鐘
五角場地鐵站走路10分鐘
有網路、電視、洗衣機、烤箱、電鍋、冰箱
大約明年2月能入住
因為房東一月才搬出，要移民去瑞典
