過去，執政黨常被抨擊忽略南部聲音，致本次九合一選舉，執政黨在南部全面崩盤。

因此，毛院長應當邀請南部菁英進入內閣打拚，或委以部長大任，或許以政委，一改過去執政黨給人以台北視野看天下的觀感。如此，既可讓南部聲音上達天聽，同時又能深耕南方，有助民眾對政府增加正面觀感，對於府院黨與人民之間，都是雙贏局面。
