繼美、日之後，歐洲央行終於也跟進推出歐版QE出手救市，統一投顧認為，雖短線希臘大選結果可能再度干擾國際金融市場表現，不過國際熱錢動能延續不墜，加上台股強勢表態脫離長達半年的三角收斂整理，後市看法持續偏多。

選股上，電子股可優先布局半導體、蘋果概念股、網通及具財報利多電子股，另外，油價近期易跌難漲，塑化廠商利差可望擴大，加上農曆年前回補庫存的效應顯著，仍為傳產主流，建議逢低佈局；同時，已進入財報公布的密集期，不少中小型股有財報驚喜，亦可多著墨，傳產部分可留意塑化、汽車零組件與TPP概念股等族群。
