運動服飾品牌UnderArmour今天宣布收購兩家健身應用軟體新創公司，強化數位實力。

法新社報導，Under Armour表示，將以4.75億美元買下舊金山的MyFitnessPal，並且已經以8500萬美元買下哥本哈根的Endomondo。

總部位於巴爾的摩的Under Armour將這兩家公司納入旗下數位平台，號稱要「打造全球最大數位健康暨健身社群」。

Endomondo已於1月初完成收購，MyFitnessPal則預定在今年4月完成。

Endomondo生產行動裝置app，類似虛擬教練，同時可以整合部分市場上受歡迎的其他健身追蹤裝置的數據。

Endomondo據報擁有約2000萬註冊用戶，其中大部分位於歐洲。
