政見會駁火鄭永金告邱鏡淳誹謗

九合一選舉已落幕，選舉過程交鋒引發的恩怨還在進行中。去年11月25日在竹縣橫山鄉政見發表會上，尋求連任的縣長邱鏡淳提到「紅包文化、工程統包」，縣長候選人鄭永金認為邱以烏賊戰術影射他，向新竹地院提出違反選罷法自訴案，案件今天在新竹地院開庭，當庭勘驗光碟錄音，雙方律師在法庭上針鋒相對。

邱鏡淳主張沒有違法選罷法，只是陳述政治文化應該革新，才符合人民期待等，律師楊隆源要求自訴人應特定出哪幾句話涉及誹謗。

鄭永金表示，他要的是一個真相。楊隆源表示，真相在人民心中。邱鏡淳、鄭永金在法庭上連眼神都沒交集，多數問題由辯護人、自訴代理人回答，開庭結束先後離開。
