私大機械系學士系統廠RD 同一間公司約6年半月薪列純月薪年薪有加班費&尾牙抽獎&各項分紅獎金等加班大概一年約 200~300HR不等第一年 34K/月 12W/年未滿一年的小菜菜第二年 34K/月 72W/年分紅還不錯第三年 36K/月 80W/年分紅還不錯第四年 42K/月 101W/年分紅還不錯+有抽到獎第五年 44K/月 85W/年分紅開始悲哀第六年 48K/月 85W/年分紅開始悲哀第七年 52K/月 104W/年分紅多了一些不過跟第二年差不多而已哈只能說各年度的分紅差很多雖然說也還算可以了繼續待下去感覺分紅不變差就可以放鞭炮慶祝了加上今年的年終薪水總額快600W上下不過總資產也才250W(因為學貸還了50W) 算下來存一半以上自認算不錯了拉不過房子還是買不起不靠投資或者想辦法跳槽大概都不用想了吧... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.24.60.69 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423845694.A.DE8.html
