第一次抽中，用不到故拿到網路拍賣，之前有聽說一些網拍觸法，想上網問問?
我是在露天，主題「尾牙中獎禮品【東龍】全自動義式濃縮咖啡機Gabee TE-903 贈咖啡豆+奶球三年保固(現金價另議)」因為有用到東龍的名字，但是抽中，且全新，用不到拿到網路拍賣，請問會有法律問題嗎?(回答勿灌水、貼廣告，我會檢舉喔!專家請進，)
