宜蘭大學前院長　買紅酒、咖啡報公帳

國立宜蘭大學前工學院長張充鑫到賣場買紅酒，卻要店員在二聯發票品名欄填寫購買資料夾等物品，以利核銷經費，過程全被網友錄影PO網。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，張充鑫1月13日到賣場購物，約拿了7支紅酒、3包即溶咖啡等物，結帳金額1789元，他在櫃台教店員寫單據。宜大坦承影片主角就是張充鑫，張充鑫昨以課務繁忙不願接受採訪，但在律師陪同下到宜蘭地檢署自首，把錢繳回學校。宜大副校長吳柏青強調：「勿枉勿縱、絕不護短！」未來核銷程序，學校會儘量做到嚴謹。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
