再濕冷一天　冷氣團明減弱溫度回升

大陸冷氣團及華南雲雨區影響，昨晚起至今天上午水氣會再增加，各地降雨機率也將再度提高。冷氣團明天將明顯減弱，各地天氣將較溫暖舒適。

中央氣象局指出，北部和東半部降雨較持續，基隆北海岸和宜蘭地區要注意可能有局部豪雨出現的機率，台中以北地區、南投及花蓮的山區也有局部大雨，今天下半天降雨才會逐漸緩和。

氣溫方面，今天仍受大陸冷氣團影響，中部以北及宜蘭地區低溫約12到15℃，南部及花東約16到18℃，白天北部及宜蘭高溫約15到16℃，整天仍然偏冷；中南部及花東高溫約21到26℃。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
