長輩說,10年後的房價會漲3倍,把錢放定存是最笨的???

長輩一直叫我買房子,我不買,就一直跟我說10年之後所有物價房價都會漲3倍,
說他們小時候一個便當才25元,台北市房價每坪才20萬,依照這種速度推演下去,
10年之後,也就是2025年,一個便當要賣200~250元,一杯奶茶100元,小罐礦泉水45元,
小碗魯肉飯60元,最便宜的筆電一台5萬元,50cc的機車一台15萬,125cc的機車一台20萬,
加一次油要400元.....

總而言之,錢放在銀行定存,10年之後的價值只剩1/3,一定要快點買房,因為房子才有保值作用,
10年之後的中古屋(沒電梯),台北市每坪180萬,新北市每坪90萬,台中市每坪70萬(新成屋的話,
以上數字乘1.5),到時候後悔就來不及.......
