韓越草簽自貿協定 有望年內生效

南韓與越南近日草簽自由貿易協定（FTA），若經兩國國會批准等國內與FTA生效相關的流程完成，有望今年內生效。

南韓「朝鮮日報」指出，南韓產業通商資源部28日發布消息稱，南韓產業通商資源部通商交涉室室長金學道和越南工商部亞太司司長裴輝山（Bui Huy Son）在首爾草簽了韓越自由貿易協定（FTA）。

南韓和越南決定上半年完成正式簽署，然後準備獲得國會批准等必要的國內程序。若獲得國會批准，在兩國都希望的時候便可生效，而年內生效可能性很大。

南韓產業通商資源部表示，韓越FTA有助於擴大中小企業出口的「親中小企業FTA」。因為FTA生效後，越南市場大幅開放，纖維、汽車零件、化妝品、家電等中小企業具有優勢的產品易於打入越南市場。
