請問javascript要如何實現「在外面拖曳」的事件?

Javascript有onmouseover、onmousedown、onmousemove等Event事件，那麼如果我要實現該物件能在「該物件以外拖曳」的事件，該怎麼做?
※該物件以外拖曳：舉個例子，如果將鼠標從捲軸按鈕拖曳到捲軸按鈕以外的地方而繼續拖曳，而滑鼠按鍵依舊不放開，這時候就觸動所謂的「在外面拖曳」的事件。(如下圖)
